Throughout weeks 1 and 2 we have reviewed some interesting videos and articles that directly influence our lives, such as wearable technology and social media all tying into a healthy life.

Wearable Technology

Wearable technology is not a question of whether it works or not, but a question of what will come next, this TIME  article talks about possible advancements in wearable technology . Technology has come so far in such a short amount of time, that we have no choice but to accept it in our daily lifestyles. The positives that can come from it out weighs the negatives by far, especially when talking about health technology. Since humans nowadays have become so attached to technology whether it be smartphones, watches, or anything the advancements in the health aspect of these items are very important to lead a healthy life. These items can track workouts and give you clear statistics on how active you are in a day, and since we use these more than anything it will generate more motivation to be active and healthy.

Healthy Life 

I just wanted to touch on what Healthy means to me personally. Not only does it mean being fit, in shape, and eating right. It also means to be happy and comfortable with who you are as a person. To be your own man or woman and do the things you enjoy doing. Knowing right from wrong and making healthy choices
