App Battle Review – Tatyana Fish – Class 1 – Round 4

These past few weeks my team and I have been listening to binaural apps in order to perceive the benefits of them. Binaural apps are composed of binaural beats that can help people in many aspects of their mental lives.

What are binaural beats?

Binaural beats are auditory “stimuli”, better known as “brainwave entrainment”, that, when presented, influence brain activity. These changes result from two different auditory impulses, or sounds, being heard from each ear. Sounds, at different frequencies are presented in each ear, and our brains will respond differently to each beat. These beats are designed to put our brains into a relaxed state as it would if we were meditating.
