Reflection #7&8

IN healthcare the usage of technology keeps increasing because people believe that it is something they put their trust on when they are trying to improve their health life. Most people trust technology because it is easy to you and it easy to keep track of your daily workout, but research shows that most of this technology people use are not hundred percent, which makes people feels like the waste their money on something that not accurate. in my opinion even thought this technology are not accurate its help people to improve their health life, for example maybe it is not accurate in measuring calories or others things, but it help in many other ways like showing people a different type of workout, which you can just keep records by yourself and many other things.so for those people who think using it fitness trackers is waste of money I thinks not.hqdefault
