Health App Review- 30 day fitness

Pros:

  • includes 20 professionally designed fitness challenges
  • log your workouts on a daily basis to track your progress
  • receive achievements by performing various tasks and challenges
  • you are able to share your workouts with others online
  • you can set up a profile to keep a more concise record of your progress
  • get started in a matter of seconds thanks to social media login support
  • set up daily reminders to help keep yourself motivated

Cons:

  • The only con I can think of for this app is if you are more advanced and already know the basics and need a more in depth workout to target muscles harder

I would rate this app at a 5 out of 5. It can help people of all ages and at any fitness level.
